Happy Christmas Eve!

Just wanted to post a Merry Christmas Eve to all!

Today I plan on going to the studio to check on my birds, perhaps do a little workout and maybe some yoga -

I find that after learning the beginning of form 7, my wrists are a little stiff, which I am excited about because this Kata is going to really help build those muscles, muscles that as a small woman, aside from Yoga, I don't get to work on much.
